Empanelment Application FormGRIHA Council offers an opportunity to Consulting firms to associate through empanelment for being associated with GRIHA Product Catalogue and promoting the GRIHA Product Catalogue across PAN India.
Empanelment of consulting firms for GRIHA product catalogue has been developed with an objective of creating a database of firms that are proficient of providing technical support and documentation support to prospective manufacturers that intend to get their products empaneled in GRIHA Product Catalogue.
Interested consulting firms may submit their applications to GRIHA Council. The firms will be empaneled based on specific evaluation criteria. The empaneled consulting firms will be listed on the GRIHA website with their contact details and the link to their websites.

Empanelment Process
Download Form
Get the application form with registration documents and annexures.
Submit Documents
Email compressed files to products@grihaindia.org.
Evaluation
GRIHA Council reviews your application. Do not pay fees yet.
Payment
Pay empanelment fees after receiving approval email.
Certificate
Receive e-Certificate and website listing within 15 days.
Evaluation Criteria
For Consulting Firms
- Should be registered under state/central government in India.
- Should have successfully empaneled at least 2 GRIHA Product Catalogue certificates for 1 or more company (certificates must be valid at time of enlistment).
- Should have at least 1 GRIHA Accredited Professional (GRIHA Certified Professional or GRIHA Evaluator) employed and valid at the time of enlistment.
- Should not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertaking in India.
For Individual Consultants
- For consultants practicing individually, proprietorship letter is required.
- Should have successfully empaneled at least 2 GRIHA Product Catalogue certificates for 1 or more company (certificates must be valid at time of enlistment).
- Should be GRIHA Certified Professional / GRIHA evaluator.
- Should not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government/Public Sector Undertaking in India.

Important Note:
Important Note: In case the empaneled consultant/firm is held/convicted with submission of forged/doctored documents for the enlistment, it shall lead to cancellation of certificate with a penalty from immediate effect.
